GLI(Grand Lodge Of Instruction) Success at Alpine Tilden Tenakill Lodge # 77
Brother Lou Zwernemann (L) and Deputy Grand Master William Morris after Brother Lou was presented with the Funeral Service Lecture Bar
Mosaic Lodge, along with the other Lodges from the Third District participated in this year's Grand Lodge of Instruction on Thursday, September 16th, at ATT Lodge in Tenafly, New Jersey. Third District Lodges exemplified The Opening, First and Section Sections of the Fellowcraft Degree, and The Closing. Alpine Tilden Tenakill Lodge was host and provided a beautiful setting for the evening in their newly renovated and illustrated Lodge Room.
Worshipful Brother Joe Bianchi presented a wonderful meal to the Brothers prior to the GLI. Continuing a fine tradition, and adding to the pride and honor of Mosaic Lodge Brother Lou Zwernemann received his lecture Bar for a near flawless presentation of the Funeral Service adding that bar to the EA and FC lecture bars he already wears.
The Lodges also listened to remarks from the current Grand Lodge Instructor MW John Colligas, PGM, and RW William Morris, DGM. Afterwards we enjoyed gathering with our brothers for some leisurely conversation and fraternity.
